Day 1 Nairobi Samburu
Drive north through to the northern frontier district and on to Samburu National Reserve. Afternoon game drive in this reserve famous for its exclusive game viewing. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Campsite

Day 02: Samburu Game Reserve
Full day at Samburu with morning and afternoon game drives.
A wide variety of animal and bird life seen at Samburu Game Reserve. Several species are considered unique to the region, including its unique dry-country animal life: All three big cats, lion, cheetah and leopard, can be found here, as well as elephants, buffalos,Uaso Nyiro river contains large numbers of Nile crocodile.Other mammals frequently seen in the park include gerenuk, Grant's gazelle, Kirk's dik-dik, impala, waterbuck, Grevy's zebra, Beisa oryx and reticulated

giraffe
Over 400 species of bird. These include Somali ostrich, grey-headed kingfisher, sunbirds, bee-eaters, marabou stork, tawny eagle, bateleur, vulturine guineafowl, lilac-breasted roller, palm nut vulture, red-billed hornbill, secretary bird, Verreaux's eagle, superb starling, yellow-billed hornbill and vultures.

 

Day 04: Samburu -Lake Baringo

Leaving Samburu, cross the Lerochi Plateau and descend to the floor of the Great Rift Valley, arriving at Lake Baringo by early afternoon. This fresh water lake supports an abundance of birdlife alongside hippos and crocodiles that languish on the lake shore.Dinner and overnight stay at Roberts camp bandas

 

Day 04: Lake Baringo,Lake Bogoria -Lake Nakuru
At the nearby Lake Bogoria visit an area of bubbling hot springs and steaming geysers, and admire the pink swathes of flamingos on the soda lake. Then at Lake Nakuru National Park enjoy an afternoon game drive
The park supports a wide ecological diversity with Flamingos (Greater and Lesser) and other water birds being the major attractions of the area. The ecosystem provides for about 56 different species of mammals including the white rhino and buffaloes and a variety of terrestrial birds numbering nearly 450 species.

Day 05 :Lake Nakuru Masai Mara
Drive through the Rift Valley to Masai Mara to arrive in good time for lunch.
Late afternoon game drives followed by dinner and overnight stay at Mara Sidai Campsite

Day 06 :Masai Mara National Rreserve
Full day spent exploring the park in search of the big 5- Optional balloon safari can be arranged at an extra cost of US$ 450 per person.

Masai Mara National Reserve is one of the best known and most popular reserves in the whole of Africa wildebeest migration you could see thousands of animals, at other times there are still hundreds. The plains are full of wildebeest, zebra, impala, topi, giraffe, Thomson's gazelle. Also regularly seen are leopards, lions, hyenas, cheetah, jackal and bat-eared foxes. Black rhino are a little shy and hard to spot but are often seen at a
distance.
Hippos are abundant in the Mara River as are very large Nile crocodiles, who lay in wait for a meal as the wildebeest cross on their annual quest to find new pastures.
Every July (or sometimes August), the wildebeest travel from Tanzania's Serengeti plains, northwards to the Masai Mara and the Mara River is the final obstacle. In October or November,

Over 450 species of birdlife have been identified in the park among them 57 species of birds of prey, including vultures, marabou storks, and hornbills, crowned cranes, ostriches, long-crested eagles, and African pygmy-falcons. These birds are prolific and come in every size and color including common but beautiful ones like the lilac breasted roller and plenty of other large species like eagles.

Day 07. Masai Mara - Nairobi
Morning game drives then proceed to Nairobi to arrive Drop off at the airport
